GENERAL CONDITIONS

BOOKS:

Books are not included in the price. They can be purchased at the school.

NUMBER OF STUDENTS:

The groups will be small, with a maximum of 8 students.

Apostrof reserves the right to cancel or not start a course if there is not a minimum of 4 students.

LOWS:

Students who wish to withdraw must give at least 15 days' notice.

Temporary withdrawal: If for any reason the student is unable to attend class for a certain period of time, a minimum monthly maintenance fee of 25 euros will be applied.

PRIVATE CLASSES:

Individual classes: Cancelled classes must be made up.

Shared classes for 2 or 3 students: In case of cancellation by one student, a fee of 6 euros/hour will be charged.

LEVEL TEST:

New students will be required to take a placement test to determine the course and group best suited to their level of knowledge. This test is free.

DISCOUNTS: Family members (parents, children or siblings) will pay only one registration fee and a 10% discount will be applied to the fee starting with the 3rd member.

COURSE DURATION:

From September 12, 2024 to June 20, 2025.

VACATION:

From December 21, 2024 to January 7, 2025 (inclusive)

and from April 12 to 21 (inclusive)

HOLIDAYS:

October 14, November 1, December 6, January 22, and May 1.
