English Courses

Research shows that children who learn a foreign language at an early age have fewer inhibitions about speaking it later. They assimilate it more quickly and reproduce sounds much more easily.

Furthermore, learning another language stimulates children's intellectual development and opens the door to multiple professional opportunities.

Give your child a foreign language course—it's a gift for a lifetime!

  • KIDS FROM 4 TO 5 YEARS OLD

With young children—between 4 and 5 years old—we engage in short activities that engage all their senses and allow them to effortlessly and naturally become familiar with the language. They learn by having fun, playing, singing, exploring, and manipulating. This is how they learn. We alternate quiet moments (story reading, videos, drawings) with more dynamic and playful moments (dancing, games, songs, creating objects and figures, etc.) so that the child can have fun with the sounds, vocabulary, and basic structures of the language. The teacher speaks in English throughout the session and fosters a genuine atmosphere of communication. We create a space in which the child experiences the language as if they were a native speaker. Throughout the sessions, your child will intuitively associate the structures used with specific actions and begin to make sense of them. Through repetition, they will become familiar with the language and its sounds and will enjoy an English-speaking environment. At Apòstrof, we foster an emotional bond with the teacher and the language because we know how important it is. In a rich emotional environment, children will feel increasingly secure and motivated to learn. To be able to adapt as much as possible to the individual needs of each student, we have opted for small groups of between 4 and 8 students. Most of our teachers are native speakers. They stand out for their passion for teaching and their extensive experience. SCHEDULE: 1 hour / week P4 and P5 and 1st grade: Monday or Tuesday or Wednesday or Thursday from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. or from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.

  • KIDS FROM 6 TO 11 YEARS OLD

  • We structure groups according to their age, cognitive ability, and prior knowledge. Our methodology is tailored to their concentration and attention span. Our ambition is for your children to have fun and enjoy learning English in a motivating environment. We create vibrant spaces where children can naturally develop their listening and speaking skills. Children practice the language by interacting through a wide variety of activities such as games, songs, videos, and films that motivate them and spark their interest. We tap into children's natural curiosity and their need to express themselves and interact with the teacher and their classmates. The child is at the center of the learning process. We offer structured classes with a clear content schedule and objectives. At each level, we select the textbook that best suits each group and stimulates the assimilation of the content. We create a positive and encouraging learning environment that will help children feel increasingly confident and motivated to learn. Each course has the following objectives:
  • To expand and consolidate the child's English level
  • To encourage children to use basic structures of the language
  • To enrich vocabulary
  • To learn to read and write in English
